Just thought I would write a small piece about shows ,
this year I took on organizing the japfest shows for the club with Phil organizing the Nissan experience show. As Phil has now left the club after a number of years of developing the club (much appreciated and big shoes to fill) he passed my details on to the guy from Nissan, so next year I’ll carry on organizing these three shows.

In the past japfest 1 has been considered the main show of the year, but this year saw smaller attendance numbers. Likely due to poor weather and a disappointing stand position in 2014 I think a number of people were put off attending

So as we had such a good turn out at the Nissan experience show I think it would make sense to make this the main show of the year.

I have discussed this with a number of members and they seem to agree and it is a much more central location for everyone to get to being in the Midlands.

It would be nice to hear other people thoughts on this ,and if anyone has any other shows they think the club should attend drop them in the comments below.
